Djurviks gästgård is near the sea. From the main building you have a view over the sea bay Djurvik where the swans and the fishes rule. You're so close to the Åland Sea that you even see the horizon of the ocean in the south-east! Gästgården is beautifully situated with its own shallow beach. Fish
If you're a choosy sport fisherman, you should know that we have some of the best authorised fishing guides as our neighbours. You fish with the Hammarudda fishing license for pike, perch, trout, salmon, whitefish or herring.

The forests
The forests around Djurvik offer relaxation and fantastic nature experiences. If you walk quiet and carefully you may see both moose, roe deer and hare. The Åland bird-life is rich. In the forest and in the bay many different bird species share the space. In May the nature literally explode with flowers. If you visit in late summer or autumn you can pick mushrooms or berries. Feel free to ask us where to go or how to act when you're out in nature.

Rest
You can choose to stay in an overnight cottage, in the crofter's cottage or in a room. The overnight cottages are warm, cosy and roomy, 17 m2 + loft, 4-6 beds, electric heating and refrigerator. In the crofter's cottage there's 6 beds in 2 rooms, kitchen and toilet. In the main building there's 3 rooms with a total of 11 beds. Here's also shower and WC.

Eat
You may eat in our main building. Here's a large and spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen for your use around the clock.

Tour groups
Tour groups are naturally warmly welcome to us at Djurvik. Here are a total of 47 beds and we're happy to arrange meals by advance request.
