Söderö
Stugor consist of 15 self-catering cottages in Finström, about 25
kilometers from Mariehamn. We offer accommodations with outdoor
experiences out of the ordinary. The area, that used to be royal
hunting grounds, has rich flora and fauna. The holiday village is also
suitable for larger companies and school camps.
Well-equipped cottages
The cottages are suitable for 4-5 persons and can be furnished with a crib and one additional bed.
The interior: kitchen/living room, toilet with a shower with hot & cold water, 2 bedrooms.
There is also an open fireplace, electrical heating, refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, radio, TV, barbeque grill and outdoor furniture.
A wealth of activities and well-organised
We have
both wood-fired and electric-heated saunas for those wanting to
experience a genuine Åland sauna. The saunas are available according to
a schedule. And of course, you may jump into the sea afterwards! We
have two beaches that are perfect for beach life and swimming. If you
feel like partying afterwards, our barbecue house is available with
both cooking and barbecuing possibilities.
For all children - young and old alike - we offer a new boule-court,
a playhouse, a merry go round, badminton, volleyball, ping-pong,
football, and darts. Feel free to take a hike at the exercise trail in
the beautiful surroundings (1 km).
Fishing
Ivarsskärsfjärden
is well known for its good fishing grounds and each cottage has its own
boat. Fishing licenses can be bought at the information desk and once
you have caught the old pike, our fish-cleaning house is ready and
equipped with running water and gutting table.
