Welcome to Svinö hunting, fishing and family camp in southeast Åland

Svinö Stugby holiday village is situated in southeast Åland, 25 km from Mariehamn. Its surroundings consist of alternating forest and beach areas with rocks, islands and large fishing and hunting areas. Our proximity to the archipelago harbours of Långnäs and Svinö mean that you are in touch with the whole of the archipelago.

Our cottages are perfectly suited to different groups such as, for example, hunting, fishing and sports groups. What is new in 2012 is our new luxury cottage: 100 m2 with a 150 m2 terrace equipped with a gas barbecue. The cottage has a sauna section with jacuzzi, as well as an airing cupboard, dishwasher, wine cooler, broadband and IP-TV (cable TV).



There are a further seven standard 45 m2 cottages with a common beach sauna. These cottages also have a rowing boat thrown in.

We have three 45 m2 budget standard cottages and ten overnight/camping cottages with common services for 30 people. You can order breakfast and lunch there. In terms of group accommodation, we have a total of 70 beds. Ask for a quote.

The camp is situated in a beautiful forest area by the beach. The area is great for anyone wanting to discover nature by means of different outdoor activities, paddling, fishing, hiking or simply relaxing. Our barbecue area by the beach sauna can accommodate 40 people.

Activities

We would like you to get the most out of your visit here. We collaborate with a company specialising in outdoor activities and equipment to provide you with the best adventures in nature. There is a conference room for up to 40 people at the camp. We can also organise catering on request.

We now have an even bigger area reserved for bowhunting. When you book a hunting package with us, we arrange an archery test and everything you need in connection with hunting. Specialist guide in bowhunting. 

We provide fishing packages for groups of all sizes - they can be for one day or several. The price depends on size of group, number of days and type of accommodation. All packages include a boat with 5 hp engine, 10 l fuel, licence, beach sauna, bed linen and final cleaning. We also provide fishing guides and one-day or half-day introductions to fishing.

 

Directions

From Mariehamn: take road number 3 for approx. 25 km towards Lumparland (Svinö). From Långnäs: take road number 3 towards Lumparland (Svinö) for approx. 5 km and from the turning to Svinö it is approx. 500 metres to the camp.
Now there is a superb cycle path from Mariehamn and Långnäs to Svinö!
